utilstuff.com is designed with a privacy-first architecture. All developer utilities—including JSON/YAML/TOML/XML formatters, Regex tester, Diff checker, AES/RSA encryption tools, Hash & HMAC generators, Cron & Timestamp converters, Password generators, UUID generators, and CRC calculators—execute 100% locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript and native Web Crypto APIs.

When you paste code, JSON manifests, cryptographic keys, passwords, or text snippets into our tools, that data is never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on utilstuff.com servers.

Like virtually all websites, when your browser requests page assets (HTML, CSS, JS, font files) from our hosting infrastructure, standard web servers automatically record routine technical HTTP request logs. These logs may contain:

• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Browser type and user-agent version
• Date, time, and requested URL path
• Referring webpage URL

These logs are generated automatically by web server infrastructure for network delivery, security monitoring, DDoS mitigation, and server health diagnostics.

utilstuff.com itself does not set tracking cookies or persistent user identification cookies. Third-party advertising and consent services may use cookies or similar technologies, as described in section 4.

We use your browser's native localStorage feature strictly to save your explicit UI preferences:

• utilstuff_theme: Stores your dark/light theme choice
• utilstuff_lang: Stores your preferred interface language

To keep utilstuff.com free and accessible, we may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense). Our website loads Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com & fonts.gstatic.com) to render modern typography. Your browser connects directly to Google Font servers to download font files, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We employ HTTPS encryption for all web transport and isolate input processing inside your local browser instance. While we implement strict technical measures, no internet transmission or browser environment is 100% secure against local malware or compromised device hardware.

utilstuff.com provides general-audience developer and utility tools. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age.
